With His Own Julbocken . . .

The globally famous version features a live webcam.
Since it's made of straw, it's also a popular arson target - which has become part
of its claim to fame.

|This annual effort by the Hermiston Police Dept. to provide a
Merry Christmas for those most in need of a helping hand, relies a lot on your donations
of new toys.
There is always a particular need for toys for the older kids.
KOHU's Erick Olson has this post on his Facebook page:
So much going on Saturday I forgot to mention "Toys for Touchdowns"
during the 5A Title game broadcast. The Bulldogs got the ball across the goal line four
times so I'll donate four toys to Hermiston Christmas Express. We switch into the gym
Friday night for Hermiston basketball and during the first few basketball broadcasts I'll
switch the pledge to "Toys for Treys" just like last year. Every Bulldog
three-pointer is worth another toy (it is just an excuse to let me go in the toy aisle).
KOHU KQFM is going to match me toy for toy and I'm challenging listeners to do the same.
Toys and other donations can be brought to the radio station on Cooney Lane or to the
Hermiston Police Department.

suggestions and other needs.
